		<description>Some solutions posted via nusphere forum:
**touch -a your_files 
**use a different ftp software to download the files dates on the 29th, save them with a different date time frame
and upload them once more and PhpED will work once more.
**Just download latest Build 5231 from &quot;My Products&quot; section. It will solve 29 Feb problem.

		<description>I tried reinstalling phped. It didn&#039;t work. I tried it again, clean install... still no luck!!!.  I still see the error invalid argument to date encode. :cry: this is making me crazy!!! I NEED HELP!!!</description>
